Guests have access to the entire condo and private balcony. Guests also have access to the community pool. There is free parking (not reserved) for up to one vehicle.

CONDO RULES
*Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.*
• NO PETS or additional guests are allowed to stay
• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or on the
balconies
• Please ensure that you clean your own dishes;
otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of $25 will
be applied.
• No parties or large events are permitted, and
noise should be kept to a minimum specifically
between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• While we are child friendly, please note that our
condo is not child-proof.
A registration form is required by the community. This form includes guests' information and car information.
